Painted Miniatures—Re-painted Extras

When you get doubles or triples in a card collection, what do you do? Trade the extras away for something you haven't got. Not so with pre-painted miniatures. These were extras of minis I already had, so I figured I'd give them a new paint job to make them unique. I mean when are you going to meet two efreet fireblades, really?
What once was an Oni Night Haunter became a classic ogre. I added a necklace of human skulls for effect. The original dark skin worked as a good base for the dirty brown skin, and the yellow pants were easily dingied-up.
I got about eight of these Kenku Warriors, so naturally they needed a leader. I traded out the original dagger for an axe, and gave him a purple robe instead of the original brown. I figured this was an older and wiser Kenku, so I also grayed up the feathers and skin. Black armor for those stealthy night missions.
This Efreet Fireblade is now an oni mage! I removed the loops from the sides so it looked more like a loin cloth and turned the skin blue. You'll also notice arcane tattoos running down his right arm. I left the metallic coloring for the sword and greaves.
